The New World Shanghai Hotel (Shanghai Bali Chuntian Xinshijie Jiudian) is located on the southern edge of Zhongshan Park in the Changning District, a newly developed area where many major international corporations have built their China headquarters. Opened in 2003, the 38-story hotel features 605 guest rooms and suites, equipped with high-speed internet access, satellite televisions, mini bars, coffee/tea makers, complimentary bottled water, climate control, telephones and in-room safes.
